MARY GIBBONS
Owner/ Historic Stone Restoration Craftsman
Mary Gibbons began her love of “all things stone, clay and cement” as a child on Long Island. Mary studied pottery and ceramics while getting her BA in Architecture and Theatre Production from S.U.N.Y Buffalo and Marymount Manhattan College in New York.
Mary has been involved with design, theatre design and construction in various aspects since 1976.
As a potter, Mary incorporated her own hand made, hand glazed tiles into her residential and commercial designs.
Certified in both Historic Stone Restoration and Lime Putty Mortar from the U.S. Heritage Training Center in Chicago, Illinois. Mary studied with the internationally renown Mario Machnicki.
MICHAEL CURLEY
Senior Technical Advisor/ Historic Stone Restoration Craftsman
Michael Curley has owned Curley Contracting based in Greenwich, Ct. since 1976 specializing in residential and commercial painting and renovation. Much of his work has been in masonry, caulking and repointing. Mike brings immeasurable experience and wisdom to the team!
Certified in both Historic Stone Restoration and Lime Putty Mortar from the U.S. Heritage Training Center in Chicago, Illinois. Michael also studied with the internationally renown Mario Machnicki. Mike is also certified in Lead Abatement.
JACK DAVANZO
Marketing and Sales
Jack graduated from College of Charleston, Charleston South Carolina in 2016 with a BS in Economics.
Jack will join VIKING STONE as a marketing and sales specialist. His love of design, architecture and sales proves to be a winning combination.
He has several years of sales/marketing experience in various industries. Jack will be working with architects, historic societies and home owners.
WADE CURLEY
Project Supervisor
Wade has 10 years experience in masonry, caulking, repointing and general construction.
He brings life long exposure to the construction industry and a “passion for a job well done” to VIKING STONE.
